Since the opening of the "three ports and one voyage" route in March 2025, under the accurate escort of the Shanghai maritime department, it has achieved the dual goals of zero accidents and efficient operation. The route has completed a total of 643000 TEU of containers, ensuring more than 3300 ships, successfully connecting the north-south coastal logistics channel, and promoting the transformation of Shanghai Port into a core engine of regional development. In terms of safety, the maritime department has built a three-dimensional security line of defense through multi-sectoral collaborative risk assessment, integration of smart systems and drones, dynamic supervision, and deployment of emergency points and drills for high-frequency risks. In terms of efficiency, through the development of intelligent supervision platform, optimization of anchorage configuration, the introduction of fully automatic twist lock technology and other measures, the rapid turnover of ships and the improvement of operation efficiency have been realized, so that the whole route time efficiency has been increased by 20%-30%, and the cost of single-box logistics is 65% lower than that of roads. In addition, the maritime department has also deepened the "commercial and fishing co-governance" linkage, the use of the crew "precision portrait" system to prevent human risks, and the innovative implementation of the "shore power electronic delivery order" system, to achieve 100 percent of the route ship shore power access, to green co-governance to enable the high-quality development of shipping. In the future, Shanghai Maritime will continue to optimize its services, help the route to a new level, and provide support for the construction of a new development pattern.
