On March 13, 2024, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region officially issued the first ship business transport permit from Pinglu Canal to Qinzhou Bay equivalent A- class navigation area in Guigang City, which was obtained by the "Guigang Aerospace 8328" dual-purpose ship.
