On April 18, 2024, China's first offshore mobile multi-functional measures platform "Offshore Oil 283" (also known as "production increase No. 1"), built by China Shipbuilding Group Wuhan Marine Machinery Co., Ltd., was officially named and delivered in Qingdao. The platform, built by CNOOC Energy Development Co., Ltd., is the first "mobile production increase operation center" for the efficient development of offshore oilfields in China ". Its core innovation lies in the adoption of the "mobile + modular" design concept, which can flexibly shuttle between different oil fields and customize the stimulation scheme according to the characteristics of each oil field facility and reservoir, thus breaking through the limitation of the traditional fixed platform with single function and inconvenient mobilization. Highlights of the platform technology include the first integration of customized AI models, the construction of a "thinking smart brain", which can intelligently monitor and analyze human-machine status around the clock, significantly improving job safety. The platform is of four-leg jack-up design, with a total weight of more than 7300 tons and a maximum operating water depth of 40 meters. It is equipped with a large hydraulic lifting system and a marine crane, and has the ability to guarantee the livelihood of 200 people. It integrates acidification, fracturing, profile control and flooding, heavy oil thermal recovery and other functions. It is expected that after production, the single well production increase operation cycle can be shortened by 40%, and the comprehensive operating cost can be reduced by 30%, which effectively meets the urgent needs of Bohai Oilfield to increase storage and production, marking that China's offshore oilfield development equipment and technology has entered a new stage of intelligence and flexibility.
