　　The meeting emphasized the need to deeply study and implement General Secretary Xi Jinping's important speech at the meeting of the Political Bureau of the Central Committee, fully and accurately implement the new development philosophy, and solidly promote high-quality development in transportation. Efforts should be made to ensure transportation serves the people, and to fully safeguard national security and social stability. It is necessary to thoroughly implement General Secretary Xi Jinping's important speech during his participation in the capital's voluntary tree-planting activity, study and implement the "Ecological Environment Code of the People's Republic of China," and collaboratively advance urban and rural greening and beautification alongside transportation construction.

　　The meeting emphasized the need to implement the spirit of the State Council executive meeting, accelerate the improvement of the modern comprehensive transportation system in Xiong'an New Area, and focus on accelerating the digital and intelligent development of transportation, promoting green and low-carbon development, and enhancing transportation safety resilience. Efforts should be made to fully tap the potential of the service industry, continuously improve transportation and logistics infrastructure in line with transportation realities, actively cultivate leading transportation logistics enterprises and integrated logistics providers, and fully support the construction of a modern industrial system.

　　The meeting emphasized the need to deeply study and implement General Secretary Xi Jinping's important instructions, effectively deepen, refine, and solidify safety production work, resolutely prevent and curb major accidents, and promote a sustained and stable improvement in transportation safety production. It is necessary to thoroughly investigate and rectify major risks and hidden dangers during flood and summer seasons, in accordance with the "Four Unifications" and "Four Checks and One Guidance" work arrangements, and continue to focus on optimizing personnel training, operational guidelines, control methods, and inspection measures. Efforts should be made to improve the precision of hidden danger investigations, the depth of enterprise self-inspections, the strength of responsibility implementation, and the efficiency of coordinated governance. Active prevention of transportation safety risks must be strengthened, with a focus on enhancing the initiative in safety production work, strictly implementing proactive defense measures such as "response, inspection, and control," and effectively mitigating the impact of severe weather. Efforts should be concentrated on updating checklists, controlling key processes, and improving capabilities to solidly carry out flood prevention work on highways. Scientific organization of ship sheltering at sea must be ensured, strict implementation of navigation restrictions during severe weather must be enforced, and port flood and typhoon prevention measures must be implemented. Key areas such as passenger and hazardous goods transportation, transportation hubs, and construction projects must be closely monitored, with increased regulatory efforts to firmly uphold the safety bottom line. Duty and on-call systems must be strengthened, with strict implementation of leadership presence at key posts and a 24-hour duty system. Emergency plans must be improved, emergency rescue forces must be pre-positioned, and rapid, efficient, and stable responses to emergencies must be ensured.
