In terms of optimizing navigation services, measures include piloting "intelligent navigation" service on the "Yangtze River E" platform to assist navigation. During the overhaul of the Three Gorges and Gezhouba Dam, virtual navigation marks will be set up on a pilot basis and the operation of new anchorages will be promoted. Designation of temporary berthing areas during holidays and provision of warm-hearted services such as transportation, materials and medical treatment; And promote the construction of methanol fuel filling points and improve the safety system. In terms of optimizing the business environment, the company will launch license clearance and temporary certificate services for specific enterprises. Pilot seagoing ships and new energy ships set sail "one thing" integrated approval; Provide appointment "on-site" service for batch matters; Promote the mechanism of "learning laws and reducing penalties" to encourage compliance; At the same time, a "Yangtze River Hotline" will be built to handle inquiries and complaints efficiently. In terms of optimizing crew service, it is planned to build a benchmark position for crew service on a pilot basis, promote health services directly to the bow of the ship, and provide special assistance to crew groups in difficulty, including health care, legal aid and free medical examination. These measures systematically respond to the concerns of the industry and reflect the direction of building a service-oriented government.
