Sichuan Jinfeng Packaging Paper

Sichuan Jinfeng Paper Co., Ltd., formerly known as Sichuan Jinfeng Paper Co., Ltd., was established in 1995. Its factory is located in the Science and Technology Park of Wenjiang District, Chengdu City, Sichuan Province. It covers an area of 180 *** and has more than 800 formal employees. Jinfeng Paper is one of the earliest joint ventures in Chengdu. It was jointly built by Hong Kong Kaixin Company, Hong Kong Jubiao Investment Company, China Tobacco Materials Company, Chengdu Rongguang Enterprise Company, Ltd. and Wenjiang Jinyuan Industrial Company, Ltd., and was put into operation in 1995.

The company has obtained a license issued by the Tobacco Monopoly Administration of China to engage in the manufacturing and sales of various types of cigarette paper in China. The company currently has four production lines, with an annual output of 23,000 tons, and its assets are close to RMB 500 million. Machines 1 and 2 mainly produce *** A1 grade cigarette wrap paper, which is mainly supplied to cigarette factories in various provinces of China and exported a small amount. The third production line (No. 3 machine) was put into operation in December 2003 and is used to manufacture high-air permeability nozzle bar forming paper, with an annual output of 4,000 tons. This production equipment is currently the most advanced production line in Asia. The fourth production line used to produce the Shuisongyuan line was put into operation in April 2004, with an annual output of 6,000 tons.
