Adopting a digital flexible production system, the product is intelligently monitored throughout the production process to ensure high purity, low impurities, stable performance and strong batch consistency. With complete specifications, covering cotton type, spunlace, vortex spinning and other categories, the fineness and length can be flexibly customized on demand. The conventional specification is mainly 1.56dtex*38mm semi-dull, adapting to the needs of textile, medical materials, industrial and other fields, and is the core basic raw material for downstream enterprises to produce high-quality products.

Sanfangxiang Polyester Staple Fiber is made of polyester (PET) as the core raw material through melt direct spinning and cutting, relying on digital production technology, with the following core characteristics: 1. Physical Properties: High strength (tensile strength ≥2.8cN/dtex), good extensibility, excellent wear resistance (second only to nylon among synthetic fibers), uniform crimp, strong cohesion, good bulkiness, good dimensional stability, and outstanding consistency between batches; 2. Chemical Properties: Acid-resistant, light-resistant, wear-resistant, good electrical insulation, low moisture regain (≤0.4%), easy to generate static electricity during friction, dyeing performance meets industry conventional standards, and can be optimized through modification; 3. Quality Characteristics: High whiteness (≥85%), uniform oil content (0.10-0.30%), low defect content (≤2mg/100g), excellent spinnability, suitable for various spinning and non-woven processes; 4.
