The 2000 series aluminum plate belongs to aviation aluminum and is not often used in conventional industries. There are few manufacturers producing 2000 series aluminum plates in my country. The quality cannot be compared with foreign countries. Imported aluminum plates are mainly provided by South Korean and German production companies. 3000 series aluminum plates

Representative 3003 3003 3A21 is the main one. It can also be called anti-rust aluminum plates. Our country's 3000 series aluminum plates production technology is relatively excellent. The 3000 series aluminum plate consists of manganese as the main component. The content is between 1.0 and 1.5. It is a series with good rust prevention function. Commonly used in humid environments such as air conditioners, refrigerators, and undercarriages, the price is higher than the 1000 series. It is a more commonly used alloy series.

4000 series aluminum plate

Therefore, it is commonly used in aviation, such as aircraft fuel tanks. It is also widely used in conventional industries. The processing technology is continuous casting and rolling, which belongs to the hot rolled aluminum plate series, so it can be used for oxidation deep processing. In my country, the 5000 series aluminum plate belongs to one of the more mature aluminum plate series.

6000 series

Represents that 6061 mainly contains two elements: magnesium and silicon, so it combines the advantages of the 4000 series and the 5000 series. 6061 is a cold-treated aluminum forging product suitable for applications with high requirements for corrosion resistance and oxidation. Good usability, excellent interface characteristics, easy coating, and good processability. Can be used on low-pressure weapons and aircraft joints.

All ultra-large and thick 7075 aluminum plates are all ultrasonically detected to ensure that there are no sand holes and impurities. 7075 aluminum plates have high thermal conductivity, which can shorten forming time and improve work efficiency. The main feature is its high hardness. 7075 is a high-hardness, high-strength aluminum alloy, which is often used to make aircraft structures and futures. 9000series

It belongs to the spare series, and its technology is so developed.
