On January 8, Beijing’s Lize Financial Business District launched its Global Cross-border Service Network, aiming to integrate legal, financial, policy, and professional resources into a “one-stop” ecosystem for enterprises “going global.” Co-hosted by the Lize Management Committee and Fengtai Judicial Bureau, the event featured IBICNAUTO and over a dozen institutions—including law firms, accounting firms, banks, tech companies, and universities—fostering collaboration to address key challenges: information, capability, and cognitive disparities in cross-border operations. The newly approved Beijing International Law-Business Integration Demonstration Zone, initially covering 9.85 km² across CBD and Lize core areas, seeks to build a globally competitive, digitally enabled platform where law and commerce co-develop synergistically. IBICNAUTO’s full-chain, differentiated delivery model helps enterprises execute previously unattainable cross-border transactions with reduced risk—marking a strategic leap toward scalable, trusted international expansion support.

On January 8, the "Global Cross-border Service Network Launch Dialogue Event of Beijing International Law-Business Integration Demonstration Zone Lize Financial Business District" was held at Lize SOHO in Fengtai District, Beijing. The IBICNAUTO platform was invited to participate. The event was co-hosted by the Management Committee of the Lize Financial Business District and the Fengtai District Judicial Bureau, with the aim of pooling policy resources, financial capabilities, professional services, and research support to achieve the cooperation goal of "meeting enterprise needs with one single access point; providing multi-party resources with comprehensive response," thus achieving mutual benefits and win-win outcomes.Last September, the Beijing Municipal Government formally approved the "Implementation Plan for the Construction of the Beijing International Law-Business Integration Demonstration Zone." The plan clarifies that the demonstration zone will use the Beijing Central Business District and the core area of the Lize Financial Business District as initial zones, covering a total area of 9.85 square kilometers. In the future, the area will be expanded as appropriate to further establish a high-level demonstration environment for opening up to the outside world.

At the event, representatives from organizations such as Beijing IBI Video Information Technology Co., Ltd., the IBICNAUTO cross-border platform, the Finance and Economics School of Renmin University of China, the Fengtai branch of the Bank of China in Beijing, the China Federation of Logistics & Purchasing, the International Business Department of Zhongxinghua CPAs, Tianjian Certified Public Accountants, the Beijing Renqiao Law Firm Management Committee, Ernst & Young Huaming CPAs, the Fengtai branch of Ping An Property Insurance Co., Ltd., Tongdun Technology Co., Ltd., the Beijing Center of Silkroad Vision Technology Co., Ltd., Beijing Yuanmeng Lima Rescue Services Co., Ltd., the Beijing branch of Shenzhen Zhenyou Technologies Co., Ltd., Beijing Guoxin Huayuan Technology Co., Ltd., and Beijing Puyunte Technology Co., Ltd., participated in discussions and engaged in in-depth connections. The discussions demonstrated their capabilities in expanding the application scenarios of legal services for businesses "going global." Several enterprises and institutions reached a consensus, laying a solid foundation for future mutually beneficial cooperation.Currently, "going global" enterprises generally face challenges such as "information disparity, capability disparity, and cognitive disparity." The IBICNAUTO platform proposed a differentiated "one-stop delivery" solution. By providing full-chain services, the platform enables enterprises to complete cross-border transactions that they previously dared not undertake or could not accomplish, thus achieving a closed-loop process and effectively reducing enterprise risks. Xu Jian, Executive President of the CNAUTO platform, stated: "With the advent of the global cross-border service network platform, we can now connect with more professional and authoritative service organizations to provide broader and more efficient services for 'going global' enterprises, which is an immensely valuable development. The creation of the international law-business integration demonstration zone aims to build an internationally competitive ecosystem for collaborative legal and business development, helping enterprises "go global" and bringing in global resources.
